Corona Virus COVID-19 Important Information

Due to the evolving situation with COVID 19 in Australia,

patients who answers yes to any of the following questions, must book an initial telephone consultation. 

​

·     Do you have ANY respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, temperature, shortness of breath) and are aged 16years or over?

·     Have you recently travelled to a hotspot or a close contact of a tier 1 exposure site?

·     Are you concerned that you have been in contact with a person who has tested positive to COVID-19?

If you answer YES to any of the above questions, please do not book a face to face consultation. 

If examination is required then this can be arranged by the Doctor performing the telephone consultation.

Phone consultations still remain available for all other patients, and may incur a fee, which will be equivalent to a face to face consultation. 

 

Note: If you have not been seen physically in the practice, within 12 months, Medicare will NOT provide a rebate for your telephone consultation, and you will be out of pocket the full consultation fee. ​

 

FACE-TO-FACE appointments are RECOMMENDED

and AVAILABLE 

at our practice every day (Monday - Friday) and these will continue to be privately billed (at the doctor's discretion).
